The IMTC Compliance Seminar at IMTC WEST 2012 will focus on the compliance relationships we build in the industry, starting with the vital Banking Relationships we need in order to manage our funds, next the compliance relationships with our correspondents - Banks, MTOs, FOREX firms, followed by the compliance relationships with our network of agents (or clients) and, last but not least, the regulators that must audit our companies to make sure the industry has the necessary systems and processes in place. The ICS will be held concurrent to the Conference. Participants will be allowed to assist to the Openning Plenary Session of the Conference on Thursday, May 31st . The Seminar will begin after lunch on Thursday, May 31st and will continue on Friday, June 1st in the morning, finnishing right before lunch. Paticipants might choose to stay in the Conference for the Banking & Foreign Exchange Showcase Session after the lunch on Friday. Check the CONFERENCE AGENDA for more information.
