| Sixth Annual Money Transfer Conference |
We were very pleased to see IMTC Miami grow this year. This conference brought 354 attendees, 39.8% of them being first timers. More than 30 countries were represented. The large proportion came from the US (65%) followed by Europe: 6%; Mexico: 6%; Dominican Republic: 5%; Guatemala: 3%. Of all the participants, 70% indicated English as their main language, 29% Spanish, 1% other. Money Transfer Company representatives were 45% of the attendees, Banking Institutions, 15%; Non-Bank Fin. Institutions,7%. Check our final participant list here.
