After the Coffee Break the morning session started with a presentation by Mr. Leonardo Costa, followed by Daniel Trias. Mr. Fausto Martin de Sanctis, Desembargador Judicial (Prosecutor in charge of Financial Crimes) and Luiz Citro, Director of ABM Transf disucssed the parallel market in Brazil (informal remittance channels) and what is being done to stop it.
